Microsoft Teams
At Microsoft, I currently lead the work behind the collaborative agent mental model in Teams. I collaborate with internal teams that develop first-party agents and design scalable frameworks that support their needs and our third-party agent developers. Most recently, my work involves positioning agents as 'participants' in Teams and stress testing Teams' legacy models to fit and support the future of human-agent collaboration.

Launching a Delivery Pass
PC Express—the e-comm brand for Canada's largest grocery chain—was facing high churn due to rising fulfillment costs and high fees. As a result, we launched and delivered a delivery pass to give users access to $0 delivery across Canada. I worked on designing the program end-to-end, testing with customers, and getting it out the door alongside developers. Within a year, we saw a 10% increase in retention, a 21% conversion rate, and over $6M in added revenue.

Academy Sports
COVID accelerated the shift to mobile e-commerce, and Academy recognized it had an opportunity to better engage with its customer base. Alongside my team, I helped research, design, and launch their mobile app within just 6 months; bringing new experiences like BOPIS and barcode scanning to mobile users. Within just weeks of launch, the app had a 4.9/5.0 App Store rating and drove a 25% higher average order value over their web experience.
The team also got a pretty sweet gift box for the work on the project (chocolates and whatnot).
